          How would you feel if you were betrayed by your friends and left out to dry? In the book Scorpia by Anthony Horowitz Alex Rider a 14 year old spy gets betrayed by his team who killed his dad. He is so confused and decides that the best decision is for him to turn to the terrorist side and take his revenge on MI6. He is so confused and mislead this is why you should always be trustworthy and loyal to your friends.

            In this book it is so important to relate to the character because if you don’t you may not like this book. For the people who can relate you can feel Alex Riders thrilling moments and near death experiences. I can really relate because I have always wanted to be just like him when I’m fourteen and go on the exciting adventures. When you read this book you are always at the front of your seat and just can’t put the book down.  This is why almost everyone can relate to this.

            Although relating to the character is important knowing the plotline has the same importance. In this book Alex started in everyday life. Then there was a minor conflict that MI6 killed his dad. Then the conflict is realized when MI6 actually shot and killed his father on video that is when Alex knew it was true. When he finds out that MI6 was really working with his dad and died for his country he resolves the conflict and goes back into everyday life. So this means that this story is a comedy.

            This book is a great thriller you never want to put it down you just need to know what’s going to happen next. This book was great but the main lesson is always being trustworthy and loyal is what you should be to a friend no matter what. You should be loyal because then people will trust you and that is a great thing to have because one mistake and that person may never trust you again.

Nike

Nike is my favorite sports brand they make the shoes and the best socks around. If I could chose any store to buy shoes in it would be Nike they are very comfortable and look really cool. Last year i got some really cool Nike basketball shoes I love them so much they are so cool. Also with those I got a pair of some really cool Nike flip-flops that I wear all the time now. That is why I love Nike so much.

Champs

Champs is a really good restaurant they serve good food and have fast service.  The food I usually get is the boneless chicken wings they are so good. I wish I could eat there everyday.  It is one of my favorite restaurants including BW3's that is really good too. This is why I love champs.

Creative Piece

Once upon a time there was a parrot named Sam he was a New York pet with a nice view of downtown New York city. His owner Frank was a nice man. He went to work at 7 o'clock and came back to the house at 4 o'clock everyday, Sam could remember. Sam was getting old of this same routine every day wake up at 6:30 see Frank go to work and then sleep again until Frank got home to feed and play with him. This day Sam decided he wanted a new routine. So when Frank left  Sam found that the window was open just inviting him to jump into the air and fly around. So he did he jumped right out of his 62 floor apartment and into the air. It was great up there he could see all of New York. Then all of a sudden a pigeon hits him out of no where. They both go straight down to the ground looking for the air to catch their wings. Just seconds until impact the air caught them and they flew straight up into the air. When they balanced themselves the pigeon said he was sorry. Sam forgived  him and went right into his safe apartment and stayed with his boring routine for fear if he changed it something would go bad again.

NBA Playoffs

This year there was 16 teams that made it into the playoffs. The team that people say is going to win it all is the heat. They have three star players Dwayne Wade, Lebron James, and Chris Bosh. They are really solid team but another good team is the Boston Celtics. They had the best record of the NBA and was a #1 seed in the tournament. I think that the Heat are going to win because they have so much talent. 

Travel baseball

This year in my baseball career we moved up to the big diamond. It has 90 foot base paths and 60 ft mounds. It is a big change for us this year we still haven't got the hang of it. Our hitting is pretty good but could strongly improve. We only have four pitchers including me we also need to improve in that. I am a good hitter and rarely strikeout.

My team this season has lost two games and yet have not won. Our team needs to focus on fielding the ball and making good throws to the right guys and knowing what to do if the ball comes to you. This is most of the things that we need to work on and focus a lot of time with.
