I hate the word Test it get's me all nervous and gives me no confidence. They should band all test and quiz's from school. They are very stressful for many students. People spend hours preparing and studying for test and quizzes. If test's and quiz's were banded than no students ever have to spend nights worrying about test's.
I think your thesis statement is "They should band all test and quiz's from school." I think is would be a good topic to write about.

You have given a few examples to support your belief, but these might be better suited in the body of the essay, rather than the hook. Think of a thesis as a question you can spend the rest of your essay answering. "Why should tests and quizzes be banned from school?" for example, or, "How do tests and quizzes actually harm students?"
